Grey is a simple modifier which desaturates the coat. It does not lighten, darken or change the hue, purely affecting saturation. It may affect just the body, but also the mane, tail and markings.
This modifier cannot have holes, patches or spots and is a uniform change of colour on the Kirin.
Grey doesn't affect the colour of the eyes, skin, horns or scales.
Minimal
Grey always desaturates the body. It must at least desaturate by at least 20%. It may leave the mane and markings unaffected.
Medium

Grey may desaturate the entire body but leave markings at full saturation.
Maximal
[Pictured with the marking Bay]
Grey may desaturate the entire body, mane, tail and markings. A desaturation up to 80% is possible.
