LEOPARD APPALOOSA

Leopard Appaloosa is a pattern that begins on the hindquarters and back, but may cover the entire body. It's defined by sometimes somewhat roaned patches and spots in the marking showing the colour below.
This pattern has a mix of crisp and roaned or gradiented edges, the edges around spots are always crisp. Leopard Appaloosa is often symmetrical in rough distribution but almost never perfectly so.
This pattern will never change the eyecolour of the Kirin, but will affect the Skincolour. Skin will be pink or mottled where the marking touches, but may express some mottling even without the marking near. The mane and tail will never be affected much, but the roots at the base of the tail and mane may be white.
Minimal
Leopard Appaloosa should always manifest as at least a small patch on the hindquarters. This patch should have at least 2-4 spots.
Skin may be mottled, hooves, horns and scales may have lighter striping even if no white marking is touching the area.
Medium
This pattern is typically a single connected marking, and grows larger from the hindquarters along the back and down the flanks. The roots of the mane and tail may be affected where it touches.
4-10 spots should always be present in the marking depending on size.
Maximal
Leopard Appaloosa may cover the entire Kirin and leave only a few spots to show the base below. At least 10 spots should always be present on the body.
The mane and tail are never affected apart from the roots.
