TAN MARKS

Tan Marks can appear on any Kirin, regardless of genetics and shows in light red, brown or yellow markings on the face, shoulders, legs and hindquarters.
This marking has crisp or semi-soft edges and is always symmetrical. Please use the swatch to the left to pick a colour for this marking. It may be lighter or darker than the base.
Tan Marks don't change the skin or eyecolour and will never affect the mane or tail.

Minimal
For correct Tan Marks, there must always be a small spot on each shoulder, brow spots and a marking near the muzzle.

Medium
Tan Marks can affect the cheek and lower legs. Markings on the buttocks may show.

Maximal
At most, Tan Marks can affect the entire lower part of the head. Shoulder markings may merge into those of the front legs while hindquarter markings may connect with those on the hind legs.
