BEHAVIOUR

Treat members and admins with respect. Remember there is a person behind the screen, and even if you don’t particularly like them, they too only want to enjoy the group.
Conflicts unrelated to the group always need to be discussed privately, the group is not responsible to de-escalate a fight with your friend, and we don’t want to have to read about it either.
Keep chats PG-13 in topic. Discussions that are explicit in nature are to be held in private, this includes any highly sexual topics, hard drug use and detailed discussions of heavy gore and self destructive behaviours.
While swearing is generally allowed, please consider not using disciminating, racist, homophobic, ableist or inherently political expressions. Also, if you swear please do not direct it at a person in a way that may be taken as an insult.
Do not trashtalk, blackmail, witch hunt or otherwise attempt to ruin another person's reputation. We can’t control what you say in private chats, but public harrassment of such kind will result in us taking actions against you, regardless of what the affected person may have done to cause your reaction.
As an extension of the above, please do not talk badly about other ARPGs. We're all aware that some groups may have issues and you're entitled to your opinion about them, but this group is not a platform for that discussion.

ARTWORK

All artwork must be your own, referencing and tracing is allowed if legal sources such as stock images are used and the owner is credited properly. Tracing or copying another artists drawing is not allowed.
Use filters/spoilers when needed. This applies to gore, body horror and self harm. Somewhat suggestive art is permitted, but all humanoid characters must be clothed. Nude humanoids or sexually explicit art is not permitted in the discord, but may be posted to the group with appropriate filters.
If you want to submit an image with very bright, saturated colours, or an animation with quickly moving or flashing parts. Please put it behind a spoiler and give a warning for people with photosensitivity.
Lastly, please do not include real life politics or topics of discourse in your art. There is an entire fantasy world with fantasy conflict to work with, and its far less likely to cause arguments between members than its real life counterparts.

TRADING & SELLING

You can’t sell, trade or otherwise administrate your Kirin before an admin has marked you down as the owner. Doing so may be treated as fraud and will be dealt with accordingly.
Scamming another user is, of course, not permitted. If you fail to send a transfer or mark a slot after 7 days of recieving payment, the buyer will be allowed to have an admin force the transaction with adequate proof of ownership given.
You can’t sell what you don’t have. Trying to sell a Kirin you don’t own or slots beyond what you have available right now is considered a scam. Saying you will still unlock something and selling it ahead of time falls under this rule and is not allowed.
While breeding rules are permitted to have, the group will not enforce individual trading rules. Parent slots are encouraged to be given as a common courtesy, but each member is free to do as they like with their Kirin.

ADMINS

Admins are required to treat all members with respect and on an unbiased basis. They will never intentionally treat you different or grant you advantages or disadvantages. If a geno roll goes badly, you should blame RNG, not the admin.
When not following admin work, admins are just members like anyone else. Please don’t bother them about the group on their private accounts. If you need something, send a ticket to the group instead and they will reply on their own time.
Admins get rewarded for their work, however these rewards will never be gamebreaking or an unfair advantage. Instead its merely a compensation for the time they spend making this group possible for everyone.

By joining the group you agree to follow these rules. And admins are allowed to take action against you for breaking them with warnings, temporary or permanent bans.
When you leave the group, you are allowed to keep the designs of Kirins you own. They can still be used in the group if you return unless you deceased them before leaving. Your progress, genos and your items won’t be lost in case you decide to return one day.
When permanently banned, all your Kirins will be deceased, your progress wiped, your undesigned genos unusable and your items deleted. You may keep the designs you own and use them as regular OCs, but they no longer can be bred or competed with the Kirins in the group. They can never return to the group.
