PRIMITIVE

Primitive markings can show up on any Kirin, regardless of genetics and manifest as striping on the legs and withers. Furthermore it can cause a darker dorsal stripe, eartips, eyeliner and may have a darker gradient near the nose, withers and on the legs.
This marking is always darker than the base or black, and should be close to the base in hue and saturation. The stripes should have crisp edges but may be accompanied by gradients. Primitive markings are always symmetrical.
This marking will never affect the mane, tail, skin or eyecolour.

Medium
Striping may extend about halfway out from the knees and hocks. Gradients may appear in striped locations and around the nose and pasterns.
